Upon finding the music box, located in a ruined building south of the Garou King's fortress (Highlands Castle), follow the road to it; there is a Jewellery Box on a desk. Upon interacting with it, you will be asked to give it the following items:
An inspiring ring of Runecrafting
It will then ask for an amulet of Magic (not to be confused with the inspiring amulet of Magic.)
