Bow of Elidinis

• lunar rain: Call down a barrage OF arrows that fall like rain and deal damage over the targeted area, with a chance of spawning a water orb.
• blessing OF elidinis: Arrows deal water damage. Kills with water arrows have a chance to drop water orbs that provide health regen when picked up.
• purity OF the moon: Cannot use poison, bleed and fire arrows.

Repair: 2 gold bars

The wiki lists damage per hit, not attack speed, so true DPS isn't available. Combo damage is a fair way to compare weapons of the same style.
